Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at store@burnworthycandleco.com. Pictures of damaged or defective items will be required in order to process a return. We will also verify the date items were received in order to remain within a 3-day window of return. If your return is accepted, you will be given the option to have items replaced or funds returned to your account in form payment that was accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
We will only consider exchanges if your items were damaged or defective. The fastest way to process your exchange is to provide pictures of items to the email listed above for verification within 10 days of receiving items.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your pictures and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or offered an even exchange of items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
